To initiate a return or exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Notify us within 4 days of delivery either by emailing (email info@buyfit.store) or by calling (Number +92 314 5031401)if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
• The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
• The received product does not match the size ordered.

Upon notification, we will assess each case individually to ensure fairness to both parties.

For defective/faulty/damaged items:

Notify us within 4 days of purchase by emailing photographic evidence of the defective item to (email info@buyfit.store or number +92 314 5031401)

A replacement will be sent for the defective/faulty/damaged item.

Please be aware:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us & also the shipping charge of Rs.230 will be added when we ship the item back to you.
